How it works

Four steps from "can you quote it?" to a signed job.

  1. Describe the job

Type what the customer asked for in plain English — "replace six windows, second floor, white vinyl" — or start from a template for your trade. The AI drafts realistic line items with materials and labor.

  2. Adjust the numbers

Edit quantities and prices, set your markup and sales tax, and pick a deposit. Totals update live as you type, and the math is identical on every quote.

  3. Finish the contract

Add the client, job address, schedule and warranty. Pick your state and Quote Genius adds the deposit limits and required notices that apply, and warns you before you exceed a state deposit cap.

  4. Print and send

Check the Preview tab — the exact document your customer sees — then print or share it. Quote and contract, ready to sign.

What Quote Genius won't do

  • AI prices are estimates, not quotes — you review and set the final numbers before anything goes to a customer.
  • Contract terms and state notices are starting points, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state.
  • Quote Genius doesn't replace your license, insurance, or permit responsibilities — it just makes the paperwork fast.
